Club Penguin Penguin Band Background Glitch

Hello Penguins! Today I found an interesting glitch! When you open up the newest Penguin Band background, in the bottom left hand corner. Check it out.

Well, you can't see it really. But you see the "Tempo Bob"? I think that may be in a different language! When you open it up, you get all the different languages going really fast, switching constantly. Do you have this glitch? Leave a comment!
