Halloween Party has been decorated in more rooms of the island it's ever been before. I checked the stadium to see if anything was new. Indeed there was, but it was sadly a glitch.
Check out this overlapping bug.
I don't think the sports shack is supposed to be over the bleachers. This is most likely gonna be a glitch, that Club Penguin will never fix throughout the party.
